RAINSCREENS

ARBT offers High Performance, Engineered Building solutions through our proprietary Unitised Rainscreen Facade solutions.

Rainscreens provide better weather tightness and building performance. Our system is compliant to Australian fire requirements. The panels can go upto 12 metres in length with a choice of pre-installed cladding panels ranging from Metal, timber, Tiled or glass cladding. The panels are fully completed at our factory, delivered to site by Open top containers and craned into position without the need to seal between floors from the exterior. The rainscreens provide a watertight enclosure to the floors as the building goes up.

The various components involved within rainscreen are:

• Steel Frame
• Insulated interlock panels
• Integrated windows and glazing
• External cladding as per clients choice
• Internal sheeting or finish

The advantages include an increased speed of enclosure with better site efficiency and eliminates the need for scaffolding on the building enclosure.
